I’ve been feelingreally down this past week. I think it’s because I’ve spent too much time on social media. Man, I have to say short videos are truly addictive.

Last month, my weekly screen time was under 48 hours. But now, I still stay up late and even pull all-nighters every single day. If a person can’t even control himself, what else can he achieve?

Actually,it’s a simple question.You just need to stay away frome from social media,and your mind will become clear and normal.Sometimes people can’t control themselves,because they desire attention from others and so on…

Stop! Let’s me restate my opinion

Its’s really hard,though.Social media always tempting.Watching those attractive videos of guys, girls and other things teases your senses and fuels your imagination.Once you start to be interested in them,you’ll get addicted.Trust me, there are no exceptions.

So whatcha gonna do?My advice is to stay away from all of it,Never watch those content,don’t dwell on it,and you’ll leave a peaceful life.
